REMINDER OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of Conduit Capital are reminded of the annual general meeting (“AGM”) that will be held at
17:00 on Monday, 18 January 2021, which notice is contained in the Integrated Annual Report
(https://www.conduitcapital.co.za/financial-information.php). Please refer to page 131 of the Integrated
Annual Report for the Notice of AGM, Electronic Participation Form and Proxy Form for the correct
procedures to follow in terms of attending the AGM electronically.
Shareholders are invited to participate in the presentation of the Company’s performance for the financial
year ended 30 June 2020, and to raise any matters pertaining thereto.
Shareholders are further invited to email any business-related questions to results@conduitcapital.co.za prior
to the AGM, and in order to receive the requisite information to join the AGM.
