DIRECTORATE ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised of the sad news of the untimely passing of Mrs Dolly Mokgatle, a member
of the Bidcorp board of directors, on January 9th 2021.
Dolly joined the Bidcorp Board as an independent non-executive director on October 4th 2016 and
was a member of the Bidcorp Social and Ethics Committee and Nominations Committee. The Board
appreciated and valued Dolly’s dignified manner, wise counsel, and insightful contribution, which will
be sorely missed.
We express our deepest sympathies and condolences to Dolly’s family and colleagues at this difficult
time.
