DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN THE HOLDING OF MONTAUK SHARES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of
2008, as amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Montauk shareholders are advised that it received
formal notification on 13 January 2021 that Peresec Prime Brokers
(Pty) Ltd had increased its beneficial interest held in the
securities of Montauk to 15.24% through the acquisition of ordinary
shares in the Company.
