Reunert shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that the audited annual financial statements for the year
ended 30 September 2020 (“Annual Financial Statements”) are available on the Company’s website:
https://reunert.co.za/downloads/results/2020/reunert-AFS-2020.pdf, from today, 14 January 2021.
Shareholders are further advised that the audited Annual Financial Statements published on the Company’s
website today, and the auditor’s report thereon, contain no changes from the provisional condensed financial
results for the year ended 30 September 2020 which were published on SENS on Tuesday,
24 November 2020, or to the auditor’s review report thereon.
Update on the company secretarial function
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 4 September 2020 wherein
Shareholders were advised of the resignation of Ms Karen Louw from Reunert Management Services
Proprietary Limited, the Company’s registered company secretary. Due to the restrictions imposed by
COVID-19, Ms Louw has not been able to emigrate as planned and her resignation from the Group has been
postponed. Ms Louw will therefore continue to serve as the Group company secretary.
Availability of B-BBEE annual compliance report
Shareholders are advised that the annual compliance report prepared pursuant to section 13G(2) of the
Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act, No.53 of 2003, is available on Reunert’s
website (https://reunert.co.za/downloads/results/2020/reunert-BBBEE-1-Compliance-Report-2020.pdf).
