APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 11 November 2020 and in terms of
paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the
appointment of Mr. Ntando Simelane as the Company Secretary of Motus with effect from
1 April 2021.
Mr. Simelane is a lawyer with more than 20 years of corporate law and more than 15 years
of company secretarial experience.
Mr. Simelane holds a B. Juris (University of the Western Cape), LLB (University of South
Africa), and Advanced Company Law (University of Witwatersrand). He previously served
as the Company Secretary and Head of Legal at Adcock Ingram Holdings Limited since
April 2009.
The board of Motus is satisfied that Mr. Simelane has the requisite qualifications,
knowledge and experience to fulfil the role of Company Secretary and wishes him well in
his role.
