CLARIFICATION OF DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY ASSOCIATES OF DIRECTORS AND A DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY
REGARDING FINANCE ARRANGEMENTS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 15 January 2021 relating to the dealings in securities
by associates of directors and a director of Equites regarding finance arrangements. Shareholders are advised
that the amendment to the finance arrangements entered into by GRG Investments Proprietary Limited was
concluded on 12 January 2021. The existing finance arrangements between Chiluan Holdings Proprietary
Limited (“Chiluan”) and Nedbank Limited were terminated on 18 December 2020 and the new finance
arrangements between Chiluan and Investec Bank Limited were concluded on 18 December 2020.
