CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, The ELB board of
directors (“the Board”) hereby notifies shareholders that Mr Peter Blunden has resigned as a non-
executive director of ELB with effect from 19 January 2021.
Mr Blunden joined ELB in 1978 and served in various roles before joining the Board in 2002 in his
capacity as CEO of ELB Equipment Holdings Proprietary Limited (“ELB Equipment”). As announced on
SENS on 02 July 2020, Mr Blunden transitioned from an executive to a non-executive director role
following his retirement as CEO of ELB Equipment.
The Board would like to thank Mr Blunden for his many years of service and dedication to the ELB
Group and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
