Further to the announcement on 13 January 2021 of the proposed allotment of 7,465,595 ordinary
shares (the "Scrip Shares") pursuant to the Company's Scrip Dividend Alternative, the Company can
confirm that the Scrip Shares have been successfully issued and admitted to the main market of the
London Stock Exchange Plc and admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial
Conduct Authority and have been issued and admitted to trading on the main board of the
JSE Limited.
