MARKET VALUE OF DISTRIBUTION SHARES AND CASH VALUE FOR FRACTIONAL PAYMENTS
Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms have the same meanings as defined in the circular issued by the Company,
dated 16 November 2020 (“Circular”).
In accordance with paragraph 4.8.3.1.4 of the Circular, Shareholders are advised that the market value per Distribution
Share is R125.96 (“Market Value”).
Shareholders are further advised that the cash value per Share to be utilised in determining the fractional cash payment
due to Shareholders in respect of any fractional entitlement is R113.36 being the Market Value, as above, less 10%.
