CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements, the board
of directors (“Board”) of Imbalie Beauty is pleased to advise shareholders that Mr Jack Phalane,
MBA, BA, LLB, LLM, MCom (Tax), Certificate in Advanced Corporate Law and Securities Law,
Senior Primary Teachers Diploma, has been appointed as the independent non-executive
chairman of Imbalie Beauty, effective 22 January 2021, as well as chairman of the Nominations
Committee.
Mr Phalane currently serves as a director and partner of Fluxmans Inc and as a non-executive
director on the boards of Caxton CTP Publishers and Printers Limited and the SABC.
The Board welcomes Mr Phalane.
