CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATON OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements, the board
of directors (“Board”) of Imbalie Beauty hereby advises that Mrs Rina de Jager has resigned as
financial director of the Company, her last working day will be 20 February 2021.
Mrs de Jager joined the Company in 2018 and the Board would therefore like to thank her for
her valuable contribution to the Company and wish her success with her future endeavours.
The Company will announce a replacement in due course.
