RAND WATER BOARD
(Rand Water is established in terms of the Water Services Act,
1997 (the “Act”). Through the Department of Water and Sanitation
and duly represented by the Minister of Human Settlements, Water
and Sanitation, the Government of the Republic of South Africa is
the sole shareholder of Rand Water. In terms of the Act, Rand
Water's primary activity is the provision of bulk water supply
services (potable bulk water and sanitation services) within the
predetermined service area.)

PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The FSCA granted a two-month extension to publish the audited annual
financial statements, contained in the JSE Debt Listing Requirements.
Due to a delay in the regular operational procedures as a result of
the COVID-19 pandemic, noteholders are hereby advised that the Issuer
will be relying on the two-month extension.
The Issuer’s Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended
30 June 2020 will be made available by 31 March 2021.
A SENS will be released as soon as these have been published
