Shareholder interdict regarding the authorized but unissued shares withdrawn
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 14 December 2020 advising
shareholders that Ms Elsie Parkin, a material shareholder in Brikor, applied to the High Court
of South Africa, for an interdict against Brikor to restrain Brikor from utilising, for the purposes
of any acquisition, the 355 million authorised but unissued shares in Brikor pending the
outcome of a dispute between the Trustees of the Daniel Parkin Testamentary Trust.
Shareholders are advised that Ms Parkin is no longer pursuing the relief sought in the
application against Brikor.
