CHANGES TO THE SOCIAL AND ETHICS COMMITTEE AND INVESTMENT COMMITTEE
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Metair
shareholders are hereby advised of the following changes to the social and ethics committee and
the investment committee of the Company:
- Mr C.M.D. Flemming and Ms A.K. Sithebe, independent non-executive directors of the
Company, have been appointed as members of the social and ethics committee, with
immediate effect; and
- Mr P.H. Giliam will be appointed as a member of the investment committee with effect from
1 May 2021, being the date of his appointment as an independent non-executive director
of the Company.
