VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING STER-KINEKOR THEATRES (PTY) LTD
(“STER-KINEKOR”) BUSINESS RESCUE
Shareholders of L2D are advised of the communication by Ster-Kinekor on 29 January 2021 noting
that it has been placed under supervision and commenced business rescue proceedings on 27
January 2021.
Ster-Kinekor occupies 11 621m² (1.2%) of L2D’s total portfolio GLA at 31 December 2020. L2D’s
management will review the business rescue plan once it is made available.
L2D is in a closed period until the publication of its 2020 annual results on 22 February 2021, and will
provide further updates accordingly.
