UPDATE ON PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE 18 MONTH
PERIOD ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2020
Trustco shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 15 January 2021 and
Friday 29 January 2021 with regard to the reviewed provisional annual financial statements for the 18
months period ended 30 September 2020.
The publication of the audited annual financial statements was delayed due to inter alia travel
restrictions of the auditors between South Africa and Namibia.
Trustco wish to apologise to its shareholders for any inconvenience caused and advised that it is
envisaged that the audited annual financial statements for the 18 months period and the integrated
annual report will be published on or before 28 February 2021.
