ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGUK SECURITIES
SYGUK has issued and will list an additional 1 341 469 securities with effect
from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately ZAR
135.73 per security.
Following the listing of the 1 341 469 securities, there will be 7 551 469 SYGUK
securities in issue.
