Orion Minerals Limited (ASX/JSE: ORN) (Orion or Company) is pleased to advise that it will be holding two
teleconference and live webcasts on the proposed acquisition of the Okiep Copper Complex (OCC) in South
Africa on Tuesday, 2 February 2021 commencing at 1pm (WST) / 4pm (AEDT) and 3pm (South African time) /
9pm (Australian WST).
Orion’s Managing Director, Errol Smart, will provide a detailed overview of this landmark transaction, under
which the Company has secured an option to acquire and consolidate dominant ownership of a premier
historic copper mining district in South Africa’s Northern Cape Province.
