are hereby advised that today, 2 February 2021, Mr PJ Mouton, who has served as a director
of Zeder since 2012, was appointed as a member of the Company’s nomination committee
and of its remuneration committee with immediate effect, to fill the vacancies that arose due
to the recent passing of Prof. ASM Karaan.
