NEWWAVE SILVER EXCHANGE TRADED NOTES
LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWWAVE SILVER NOTES
Absa Bank Limited, acting through its Corporate and Investment Banking Division has, from
commencement of business today, issued an additional 6,400,000 Silver Notes at an issue price of
approximately R4.30 per additional Silver Note, based on the spot ZAR price of approximately one-
hundredth of a troy ounce of Silver on 03 February 2021, following subscriptions in respect of
6,400,000 Silver Notes.
After the additional issue, there will be 51,354,452 Silver Notes in issue.
