RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that C Jordaan, F Mall, T Mekgoe
and M Madisa have resigned as non-executive directors of the Board with immediate effective.
The Board would like each of the board members for their valuable contribution to the
Company.
