CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Rebosis (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Thabo Seopa has stepped down as an
independent non-executive director of the Company as of 8 February 2021.
The company confirms that the board committees of which Mr Seopa was a member remain duly constituted.
Further, the company will soon be appointing two additional independent non-executive directors to the board.
The Board thanks Mr Seopa for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
