SSN106 Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Note due 04 February 2022

under its Structured Note Programme, has been amended for a
manifest error as follows:
The ZAR Nominal Amount currently reflected as “ZAR20,000,000”
in paragraph 84.1.1 (a)(iv) has been deleted and amended to
“ZAR30,000,000” in the Applicable Pricing Supplement. This
amendment is effective 12 February 2021.
The remainder of the terms of the Applicable Pricing Supplement
remain unchanged.
