NOTICE OF PRE-CLOSE INVESTOR PRESENTATION AND TRADING UPDATE
Shareholders are advised that Spear will be hosting a pre-close investor presentation
and will be providing a trading update in relation to their financial year ending 28
February 2021, via a virtual presentation at 11h00 SAST on Friday, 26 February 2021.
