The JSE Limited has approved the listing of an additional 3 000 000 Ashburton MidCap ETF securities, at
an issue price of R6.8890 per security, with effect from commencement of business on Monday, 15
February 2021. Subsequent to this listing, there will be 68 100 000 Ashburton MidCap ETF securities in
issue.
