Shareholders are advised that the company is currently in negotiations regarding the disposal of an investment property,
which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the company's securities. The proposed disposal
forms part of Attacq's stated debt reduction strategy in order to increase its investment and debt capacity.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company's securities until a further
announcement is made.
