CHANGE IN AUDIT FIRM
Shareholders are notified of the termination of the external audit services provided by KPMG South Africa Inc.
with effect from 22 January 2021 due to early adoption of the mandatory audit firm rotation rule issued by the
Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., with Richard Jacobs as the audit
partner, has been appointed as the external auditors of the company with effect from 23 January 2021. The
directors of Rex Trueform thank KPMG South Africa Inc. for their services to the company.
