ENGAGEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE POTENTIAL DISPOSAL OF RETAIL ASSETS
Shareholders are advised that Resilient has signed an engagement letter from the Public Investment
Corporation SOC Limited (on behalf of the Government Employees Pension Fund) agreeing to a process in
terms of which the parties shall negotiate, on an exclusive basis and within defined parameters, the
sale and purchase of all or a portion of Resilient’s ownership interest in the following properties:
- Brits Mall
- Circus Triangle
- Diamond Pavilion
- Highveld Mall
- Jabulani Mall
- Mvusuludzo Mall
- Tubatse Crossing
In terms of the engagement letter it is envisaged that Resilient shall continue to asset-manage these assets
for a defined period after the conclusion of a transaction.
As the process progresses, shareholders will be updated.
