Further to the dividend declaration announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on Friday, 29
January 2021, B preference shareholders are advised that, due to a technical issue regarding the processing of
the dividend payment of R114 116 301 yesterday, the payment was executed today. Accordingly, B preference
shareholders will be compensated for interest.
