CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 6.39(b) of the Debt Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of Denel (the “Board”) advises that:
1. Ms Monhla Hlahla has resigned as an independent non-executive director and
Chairperson of Denel, with effect from 24 February 2021; and
2. Ms Nonzukiso Siyotula has resigned as independent non-executive director of Denel
with effect from 24 February 2021.
The recruitment process of the Chairperson is underway and the appointment will be
communicated to all debtholders in due course.
