DEMAND TO CALL A SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Board of Directors (“the Board”) has received a demand to call a
general meeting of shareholders (“Extraordinary General Meeting”) in terms of section 61(3) of the
Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 (“Demand”) from a group of shareholders holding more than 10% of
the voting rights in the Company represented by Mr Andrew Mclachlan (“the “Representatives”).
In terms of the Demand, the Representatives propose that the Board be reconstituted.
The Board will issue a notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“Notice”) and shareholders will be
advised of the posting of the Notice and the date of the Extraordinary General Meeting in due course.
