RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr
James Gibson has tendered his resignation as financial director of the Company effective 31 May 2021.
James joined Raubex in July 2006 as the group financial accountant where he played a significant role in
developing the financial reporting function of the Company, and was later appointed as the financial director
of the Company in July 2013.
The board would like to thank James for his invaluable contribution to Raubex over the past 15 years and wish
him well in his future endeavours.
The board has embarked on a process to find a suitable successor for the financial director and a further
announcement will be made in due course.
