shareholders are advised that Mr Zwelithini Patrick Ntshalintshali, Mr Christian Mthetheleli Ntuta and Ms
Kgomotso Happy Sekhokho have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of the board,
with immediate effect, pursuant to the provisions of its memorandum of incorporation.
