Stakeholders are advised that Mr Gustav Raubenheimer has been appointed as a member of the
Sustainability, Ethics and Transformation Committee (“SETCom”) effective 26 February 2021. The
SETCom now comprises of the following members:
• Ms Happy Ralinala (Chairperson),
• Mr Thabo Dloti, and
• Mr Gustav Raubenheimer.
