DIRECTOR NOT STANDING FOR RE-ELECTION
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements (“JSE Listings Requirements”),
the Board of Directors (“the Board”) informs the shareholders that Dr. Jane Hofmeyr (Chairperson of
the TSEC Committee) will be retiring by rotation and not stand for re-election at the AGM to be held in
May 2021 after having provided her services to the board for a period of 4 years.
The Board would like to thank Dr. Hofmeyr for her invaluable contribution and wishes her well in her
future endeavours.
