Termination of the disposal of Muldersdrift Property and Mining right
Shareholders are referred to the various SENS announcements the latest being 16 July 2020
regarding the Transactions that Wearne and its subsidiary Wearne Aggregates (Pty) Limited
entered into with Drift Supersand (Pty) Ltd. In this announcement words have the same
meanings as defined in the said announcement.
Shareholders are advised that conditions precedent to the Sale of Property Agreement and
the Sale of the Mining Right Agreement have not be fulfilled timeously and as a result the
Property disposal and Mining Right disposal have been terminated.
