Further to the announcement published on SENS on 3 March 2021 wherein it was advised that the South African
shareholders will receive ZAR0.059 per Rockwell common share held based on an exchange rate of C$1.00/ZAR
11.8329, Shareholders are further advised that the ZAR0.05 will result in a Shareholder receiving 05.91645 cents per
common share held.
