CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Quantum Foods shareholders are
hereby advised of the following changes to committees of the board of directors of the Company (“Board”), with
immediate effect:
- Ms Tanya Golden has been appointed as a member of the Company’s Audit and Risk Committee;
- Mr Gary Vaughan-Smith has been appointed as a member and chairperson of the Company’s Social and Ethics
Committee; and
- Mr Larry Riddle and Mr Gary Vaughan-Smith have been appointed as members of the Company’s Nomination
Committee.
