EXTENSION OF CONTRACT OF THE COMPANY SECRETARY
Further to the announcement released by the Company on SENS on 27 November 2020 relating to the
resignation of Ms Paula Nel as the company secretary of Delta effective from 28 February 2021, shareholders
are hereby notified that Ms Nel and the board of directors of Delta have agreed to extend her contract with
the Company until the earlier of the 31st of May 2021 or the appointment of a suitable candidate.
Delta will continue with its search for a new company secretary and will update shareholders once such
appointment has been finalised.
