CHANGE OF AUDITOR
In terms of paragraph 3.78 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of director, through the audit
and risk committee, wishes to inform shareholders that following the termination of the appointment of Sizwe
Ntsaluba Gobodo Grant Thornton Inc. (“SNGGT”) as auditors, BDO South Africa Inc (“BDO”) has been
appointed as the Company’s external auditor with Mr. Bradley Jackson as the designated audit partner, for the
financial year ended 30 June 2021. This appointment will be put to shareholders for approval at the 2021
Annual General Meeting
The board expresses its appreciation to SNGGT for their services rendered to the Company.
