APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHAIRMAN OF THE AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE
Further to the announcement released on SENS earlier today relating to the resignation of
Mr George Cavaleros from the board of directors of the Company, shareholders and
noteholders are advised that an independent non-executive director of Accelerate, Mr Derick
van der Merwe, has been appointed as interim Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee,
with immediate effect.
