Notice is hereby given, in terms of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.66 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, of
the following transaction in respect of the company’s shares by an executive director of a major subsidiary of
the company.
The transaction, for which the prescribed clearance was given, is in respect of the sale of ordinary shares of
the company at a volume weighted average selling price of R48.0258 (high R48.15; low R48.00), was
executed on-market on 8 March 2021, relates to restricted shares (in which the transacting director has a
100% direct and beneficial interest) that vested on 6 March 2021 and were held in terms of the company’s
2012 share plan, and was undertaken by the relevant person to rebalance her investment portfolio and/or to
settle the tax due on vesting of the shares:
