Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has entered into
negotiations to dispose of a subsidiary, which, if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s
securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing
in the Company’s securities until a full announcement is made.
Shareholders are further advised that the above cautionary is separate
from and in addition to the cautionary announcement released on 1
October 2020 in respect of the execution of a broad-based black
economic empowerment transaction.
