CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange (‘JSE’), the Board of Directors of SOH is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Johannes Van Rensburg (“Johannes”) as a Non-Executive Director of
the Company with effect from 10 March 2021. Mr Petersen will step down from his role as
a director and will become Mr Van Rensburg’s alternate director with effect from the
same date.
Johannes is a B.Com Honours and an M.Com Business Management. Johannes has
broad experience in all facets of business management and has been a director and
partner in Eureka DIY Solutions for over 20 years.
The Board welcomes Johannes to the Board of SOH and looks forward to working with
him.
