In accordance with section 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the Board of
Directors of Shoprite Holdings would like to inform shareholders that Ms Wendy Lucas-
Bull, an independent non-executive director and chairperson of Shoprite, has been
appointed as a member to Shoprite’s remuneration committee with effect from 11 March
2021.
