Further to the circular to Oceana Shareholders dated 22 January 2021 relating to the OET Specific
Repurchase and BEE Transaction and the approval by the requisite majority of Shareholders at the General
Meeting held on 23 February 2021, Shareholders are hereby advised that the remaining salient dates and
times have been amended as follows:
2021
Compliance certificate received from the TRP on Friday, 12 March
Finalisation announcement released on SENS on Monday, 15 March
Finalisation announcement published in the South African press on Tuesday, 16 March
Delisting application in respect of the OET Specific Repurchase Shares lodged Wednesday, 17 March
with the JSE on
Implementation (Settlement) Date (on or about) Friday, 19 March
OET Specific Repurchase Shares delisted from the JSE with effect from the Tuesday, 23 March
commencement of business on
