Shareholders of Conduit Capital are referred to the cautionary announcement and the renewal of cautionary
announcements, the last of which is dated 3 March 2021, and are hereby advised that negotiations between
the Company and Trustco Group Holdings Limited have been terminated, therefore caution is no longer required
to be exercised when dealing in the Company’s securities.
