RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, RMB Holdings Limited (RMH)
would like to advise shareholders of the resignations of Ms Albertinah Kekana and
Mr Obakeng Phetwe as non-executive director and alternate non-executive director
respectively, with effect 23 March 2021.
RMH would like to thank Ms Kekana and Mr Phetwe for the contribution they have made to
the RMH board during their tenure. Mr Udo Lucht will remain on the RMH board as
representative of Royal Bafokeng Holdings Proprietary Limited.
