Shareholders are advised that Super Group Limited’s 60.13% held
subsidiary, SG Fleet Group Limited, which is listed on the Australian
Securities Exchange (“ASX”), voluntarily requested that the ASX halt
trading in its ordinary shares (ASX:SGF) today, pending an
announcement relating to a material transaction.
Shareholders are advised that, if the material transaction is
successfully concluded, it may have a material effect on the price at
which the Company’s securities trade on the JSE. Accordingly,
shareholders of the Company are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company’s securities until a further announcement is
made.
