Change to the Board
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the Crookes Brothers
board of directors (“the Board”) hereby notifies shareholders that Mr Greg Veale has resigned as the
Group Financial Director (“FD”) of the Company with effect from 30 April 2021 to take up a position as
CEO of a retail group.
The Board would like to thank Greg for his valued contribution over the past five years during his tenure
at Crookes Brothers and to wish him every success in his new role.
The board is delighted to appoint Mr Nigel Naidoo as Financial Director with effect from 1 May 2021.
Nigel has been the Group Financial Manager for the past seven years.
